e’Pap is a fortified pre-cooked porridge powder made from whole grain maize and soya bean.

RECOMMENDED MEAL PORTIONS:

Children 6 years to adults:

Serve 4 tablespoons of e’Pap powder (50 gram) per day with 150 ml of liquid.

Children 12 months to 6 years:

Serve 2 tablespoons of e’Pap powder

(25 gram) per day with 75 ml of liquid.
